To get your application to be an independent Loan Originator with Loan Officer NetworX please follow the instructions below.. 

Once you sign up to be a Virtual Loan Officer working for our lender you will receive your application from Loan Officer NetworX.  If you are not experienced you can ask to be enrolled into our mentorship program.
Our Human Resources Department will contact you and place you with an approved mentor. We fully reimburse you for all your expenses when you qualify. Your sign up fees, monthly technology and license fees can be fully reimbursed.  Ask your hiring manager about our reimbursement program to see if you qualify.  We have leads nationwide you can purchase.

The use of our online software is a requirement  to become a
Loan Officer NetworX Independent Contractor.

Once you complete the enrollment process you will be e-mailed your application package from our Human Resources Department. Be sure to fill it out and send it in right away for faster service. Instructions will be provided with the application.

$75.00 per month subscription to our online Automated Loan Officer Software.  This is a requirement to be a member of Loan Officer NetworX. Once you pay this monthly subscription fee you will be directed to the $250.00 license fee page

Loan Officer NetworX will require you to comply with state requirements if any in your state to originate loans. LON is not responsible for any fees that you may be required to originate loans.

The Virtual Loan Officer™ set up fees do not cover any expenses for becoming a Loan Officer NetworX Independent Contractor.

As part of the application process a LON license fee of $250.00 will be charged.  Additionally you will be billed on a reoccurring basis $75 for your license to use our online software.

This fee is payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only)  to Best Loan Agent for processing this application.

You acknowledge and understand that you are responsible for any application or examination fees (if applicable) as well as any state/licensing fees, if any.          

You acknowledge and understand that you are responsible for fees pertaining to pre-licensing training, education and continuing education if required by your state as required by Loan Officer NetworX

This License fee establishes your user account with Loan Officer NetworX Allowing you access to our  specialized  training and mentorship program including:  personal coaching, marketing material, training to use proprietary submission software accessing  preferred lenders.
